FloodSafe Mobility OS™
FloodSafe is a real-time routing system designed for flood-prone cities.
Instead of predicting water perfectly, the system identifies which roads remain safe and guides drivers accordingly. When mobility becomes unsafe, users are directed to nearby safe locations.
FloodSafe treats the city as a dynamic network — continuously updating based on weather, road conditions, and movement patterns — to support safe mobility under changing conditions.
MVP Deployment — Thao Dien (Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam)
Our first deployment is focused on Thao Dien, one of the most flood-affected areas in Ho Chi Minh City.
We are not attempting full-city coverage.
The MVP focuses on key roads and bottlenecks where flooding most impacts daily movement.
This allows us to:
- Work with real data and real conditions
- Deliver usable routing decisions in real time
- Iterate quickly based on actual outcomes
What We Are Building (Next 6 Months)
- Hazard-aware routing engine
- Real-time road safety evaluation
- Lightweight user interface (web/mobile)
- One FloodSafe Node (safe parking location)
This is a live, deployable system, not a simulation.
FloodNode Parking™
A strategically placed safe location where users can go when routes become unsafe.
During normal conditions, it operates as a premium car service location.
During flooding, it functions as a protected parking and mobility shelter.
This creates a physical layer that supports the routing system.
Headquarters — Charlotte, North Carolina, USA
FloodSafe is headquartered in Charlotte, NC, USA.
This is where the system is designed and developed, with the goal of scaling to U.S. cities facing increasing climate-related mobility challenges.
