FloodSafe Resilience Network LLC is a climate-technology company based in Charlotte, North Carolina, dedicated to building a safer mobility future for cities around the world.
Our mission is simple: keep people, vehicles, and infrastructure safe when the environment becomes unpredictable.

We develop a unified 8-layer architecture — from perception and mapping to hazard-aware routing, Chaos–Harmony dynamics, and the Meaning Field — enabling cities to understand risk, predict dangerous transitions, and move safely through extreme events.
